Circuit training is a really fun way to get and stay fit: a series of exercises done in bursts with short rests in between.
A fun range of exercises designed to help you improve your cardio fitness and your strength and flexibility.
Open to all! It doesn't matter how fit or how old you are! All of the exercises can be tailored to suit you.
It doesn't need to be competitive - everyone is so busy doing their own exercise that they don't have the time (or the energy!) to keep an eye on anyone else! So you can exercise at your own level and progress at your own rate.
Come on your own or with friends and family - bring your kids and your dogs and get fitter together!
